Comfortable beds, but isolated location

The staff were quite helpful and attentive.

The hotel's location was a downside. It was far from central Getafe, requiring a lengthy walk to find restaurants or public transport. The breakfast selection was decent but could be improved in terms of temperature.

I really liked the location, you're 45 minutes away from Atocha. The hotel itself is pretty good, the breakfast is great, the service is fantastic.

The one and only thing I didn't like was the room. Not at all like in the pictures, maybe there are rooms that have been renovated and we didn't get it. The sheets had a very big hole, the floor is very dirty old carpet, with big stains. There was a shoe print on the wall. And as soon as we entered, it smelled of tobacco and of closed or bottled, something strange. The furniture was quite old-fashioned, the chair was stained and when the air was warm, it made a strange noise at night. As we were tired the first night, we didn't ask for a change of room, and on the second day we were hardly there, and when we arrived we decided not to ask for the change. But we should have.

They told us that there was no double bed and by other people who were in the hotel they told us that they did give it to them, there was a girl at the reception who looked like a new one, I had to get out of the car to pass cold because she had a closed door to go out with the car and leave the car running to go to the reception and open the door for me, then she had a free parking space downstairs requested in advance and told me that everything was occupied when I had it in the reservation and it was included, the bathroom was in perfect condition but the ceiling at the entrance to the room had tomato stains and was not cleaned. I think the receptionist who was there was new and didn't have much of a clue as to the truth... if they have to renew the staff other than her because it's not worth it...

I visited this hotel for a concert nearby, and overall, I appreciated the spaciousness of my junior suite. It had a big bedroom and a separate room, which provided privacy for my group. We enjoyed the refreshing water available at reception, and there were some nice places to eat close by, making it convenient when we returned after the concert. be prepared for a bit of a trek since it’s a little far from central Getafe, and public transport options aren't as frequent late at night.

Very confortable: clean and quiet. Breakfast is plenty of good food and good quality. Air conditioning doesn't make the "usual" noises and bathroom is very good (large and clean).

The only thing they must review is the access to internet. The connection is so short that it's difficult even to do a complete check- in online for the flight. An advice: it would be better to do it several hours before your flight.

Excelent location to use as a base for the Warner Bros Park, good value for the money

The breakfast room is not too big and can get crowded.

The staff are very friendly and deserve a 4-star rating. The rooms are spotless and cosy with a big bathroom.

Good spasious rooms, excellent breakfast (fresh juice, froots, varety of jamon, chease and sweets, fried eggs or omlette by request, etc.)

The hotel is close to shops and just a 15-minute walk from the metro station. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the essentials provided. I especially enjoyed the expert massage service available here, it was relaxing!

The hotel was located short walk to the nearest railway station or shops, anywhere in Madrid and the Getafe Central. I got complimentary twin/double room with a big bathroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. I was greeted by a professional receptionist who made the stay a very very good experience. The property had a quiet location close to Chinese restaurant which is exceptionally good food. Besides, it was 5 min drive to La Cubierta Bull Ring.

The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with excellent storage options. I enjoyed the convenience of nearby restaurants and shops, just a short walk away. I also appreciated the garden view from my room.

The breakfast selection could use more variety, especially regarding temperatures of certain dishes.
